One dog named “SANDY”, which used to be living in and around the premises of Narmada Travels ran away after the birth control operation performed on her. After many months she returned helplessly at the verge of death. Somebody had poured boiling water on it and to add her misery she had also contracted a disease called Distemper. After much care and administering medicines meticulously she is living happily now.
On 02.10.2016, Sunday, a white Pomerian dog was abandoned by his owner in the premises of Veterinary Hospital, Palakarai. Our Trustee, Mr.C.M.George, happened to see it while he had been to the medical shop in front of the hospital. He consulted Mr.Ramakrishnan and it was lodged in a house of a friend of Mr.Ramakrishnan. Next day he was admitted to the private clinic at K.K.Nagar, all the ticks were removed. After that he was given adoption to one Mr.Nagarajan in Manapparai and now he is living happily.
On 16.10.2016, Sunday night, one small puppy was abandoned in the dry ditch near the Rukmani Bus Stop. It was rescued with the help of Mr.C.K.Shasee Kumar and was kept in the house of Mr.C.M.George for 3 days. It was christened “DIANA”. Afterwards, with the help of Mr.Vairava Sundaram, she was given adoption to a family in Mathur. Now, she is living happily with them.

On 28.10.2016, a small dog was abandoned near the premises of Narmadha Travels. The auto drivers in that area informed our President, Mr.Muralidharan. He called Mr.C.M.George and the little one was rescued. He had some skin problems and it was inferred that the skin problem was the reason which made the owners to abandon the puppy. He was taken to the Government Veteniary hospital in Palakarai and started medicines. He was given ARV and deworming dose. He was christened as “KUTTY RAJA”. He was given two weekly baths with special medicated shampoo and his skin condition was much improving. Unfortunately, he was contracted Parova disease. He stopped taking food as the effect of that disease and he went inside deep into a tunnel like structure without access to get hold of him. That impeded taking him for further treatment. On 23.02.2017 he died.

On 02.12.2016, a small puppy living at some distance from Rukmani Bus Stop was contracted with a disease called Canine Distemper. She was taken to the Government Veterinary Hospital, Palakarai. For 5 days, medicines were administered and she got recovered.
On 29.01.2017, a small puppy was abandoned in the premises of Image Apartments by someone near the house of our Trustee Mr.C.M.George. His neighbor in the next house informed him about that. She was taken into the house and was kept for 3 days. She was christened “TINKU”. With the help of Mr.C.K.Sashee Kumar, we found a family Thiruvellarai, who was interested to adopt her and took her on 03.02.2017. Now, she is living happily with them.
On 31.01.2017, our Trustee Mr.C.M.George spotted on white female dog in Palayam Bazar, Woraiyur with a deep wound on its lower back. There was pus and maggots were also suspected. Cleaning the wound with saline water and administering medicine spray cured the wound and it could be seen in the same area.
On 19.02.2017, In Palayam Bazar, Woraiyur, our Trustee Mr.C.M.George, happened to see a dog with serious injuries on head and back and skin problems. When enquired, the people in the area told him that his name was “GOTCHA” and he was cruelly attacked by those thieves who tried to steal petrol during night from the vehicles parked in the alley. His condition was deteriorating and needed serious medical attention. On 19.02.2017 he was caught with the help of a professional dog catcher and was admitted in the veteniary hospital in K.K.Nagar. Since he was suffering from deep maggot wound, treatment was given. Afterwards, he was shifted to the Government Veternary Hospital in Palakarai. There also the doctors tried their level best to save him but in vain. Sadly, he passed away on 23.02.2017 and he was buried.
On, 11.03.2017, Mr.Ramakrishnan found a small black and white female kitten which was abandoned in the premises of the Government Veterinary Hospital, Palakarai. It was found that her both hind legs and tail were inactive and she could not walk but only could crawl and it made her backside and both the hind legs were injuries and rashes. Further testing and x-ray revealed that her spinal cord was broken and that made her legs and tail inactive. However, she was adopted by our Trustee Mr.C.M.George, as it is nearly impossible to find any person to adopt her with this physical deformity. She was christened “LUCKY” and lived a contended life. She passed away on 31.03.2018.
On 20.03.2017, at 9.30 p.m. our Trustee Mr.C.M.George was informed that an injured puppy was lying near Head Post Office bus stop. He rushed to the spot and found that he was not injured but was suffering from heavy dehydration as he was abandoned in a new area and was without food and water and lying under scorching heat of the Sun. He was taken to the Government Vetienary Hospital, Palakarai. He was given IV drips and injections and was admitted there for 4 days and he improved well. He was discharged after given deworming dose. He was christened “KUTTY KARUPPAN” and now he is living in the premises of our Trust office along with other dog companions.
One senior dog “Dada Karuppan” was the leader in the area around Narmada Travels for many years. He was an intelligent and well mannered dog and was friendly to the children and drivers in the area. He was very shrewd and a real protection for the area. On 21.03.2017, he passed away owing to advanced age. He was buried respectfully by the drivers.
On 11.04.2017, Advocate & Notary Public Ms.M.S.Vanaja informed our Trustee Mr.C.M.George when he had been to the District Court premises that a dog was lying under a car in an injured condition. He informed Mr.Ramakrishnan, and both of them rushed carrying the injured dog to the Palakkarai Government Hospital. There she was diagnosed by x-ray that both her femur were broken probably because of a vehicle ran over her and her condition was serious. She was admitted as an inpatient. By the meticulous care and treatment by the doctors there for 10 days, she slowly recovered and could able to stand and walk slowly of her own. Keeping her in the house of Mr.Ramakrishnan for one more week, she was released in the court premises again.
On 12.05.2017, Mr.Selvam, a friend of our Trustee, Mr.C.M.George, informed him about a small dog near his house was hit by some unidentified vehicle and the dog sustained a heavy injury on his front right leg and the bone was broken. Both of them took the dog to the hospital and the doctors put a bandage and he was admitted there. He recovered fully and was given adoption to a family in Iyyappa Nagar, Trichy. He is living with a new name “SILVER”.
On 13.05.2017 night one college student informed our Trustee Mr.C.M.George that a small dog which was ran over by a vehicle was lying in the Housing Unit and crying continuously. Mr.C.M.George went there. He and the informer took the dog to Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital. There Ms.Maheswari performed the required first-aid and administered pain killer. As he sustained heavy head injury, he could not survive and passed away that night itself.
On 20.07.2017, around 8 pm, Ms.Padma informed Mr.C.M.George about a black adult dog wandering around the shop Sharptronics and he was moving aimlessly in the road in front of vehicles. He was risking himself and the drivers. After some efforts, he could be captured and taken to safety. Then only it was learned that he was blind in his left eye and the right eye also was not sharp. He had a lot of skin problems also. After consulting with Mr.Ramakrishnan, he took him to a place of safety and the treatment continued. Once he was better he was sent to a shelter.
On 03.12.2017, while feeding the dogs in the street, we found a small puppy ill and refused to take food. Unable to leave her there itself Mr.C.M.George and his daughter Rachel brought her to their home and took her to the Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital and started the course of treatment. She was improving and all of a sudden after 4 days, she again started refusing food and died.
On 04.01.2018, our Trustee Mr.C.M.George spotted a small puppy near the Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital. She was suffering from skin disease whole over the body, her hind legs were locked, she could not walk and slowly crawling. There was a big boil on the side of the hind left leg. She was in a very bad shape. He took her to the hospital and consulted Dr.Ganesh Kumar and was admitted as an in-patient, treatment was started. By concern and meticulous care of Dr.Ganesh Kumar and Ms.Maheswari, she improved dramatically. She started to stand on her four legs. After 10 days, she was shifted to the house of Mr.C.M.George and the treatment continued. She was fully improved and became normal. She was christened as “SHERO” and was given adoption to a family in Samayapuram, Trichy and now she is doing well.

On 11.01.2018, Mr.Sathish of Srirangam informed that a small puppy was lying around in his area. He had a lot of sores and maggot wounds. His friend brought him to the Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital. There the doctors gave him all possible treatment and IV. Mr.C.M.George brought him to his house and continued the treatment as advised by Dr.Ganeshkumar. Unfortunately, due to the heavy injuries, wounds and his small size, he passed away after two days. He was buried decently.

On 10.03.2018, a small puppy was abandoned by someone near the home of Mr.C.M.George. The puppy was very shrewd, adamant and friendly that he entered the home of Mr.C.M.George and refused to leave. He was having lot of sores and wounds on his neck and other parts of body. He was taken to the Palakkarai Government Hospital and treatment was started on the prescription of the doctor. Tablets, ointments, medical liquids were administered. He was cured of all his diseases and became a new one. He was adopted by one Mr.Anto of Dindigul and he is living there happily and has become a member of their family.
On 05.04.2018, Mr.C.M.George came to know that a Dalmatian dog was abandoned in the premises of Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital. He was starving and was very weak. He was also suffering from skin disease. In spite of all these he was so friendly. First we started feeding him and started the treatment for his skin disease as prescribed by Dr.Ganesh Kumar. After taking food he improved and responded well to the medicines. One Sunday, he was given a bath and he recovered fully. Afterwards, a family adopted him and he is living happily now.
On, 18.04.2018, Ms.Padma spotted a black dog in Jaffersha Street having a big acid injury on his back. She informed Mr.Ramakrishnan and Mr.C.M.George. Mr.Ramakrishnan went to the area and caught him. He was taken to Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital and got admitted. He was friendly also. After prolonged treatment, his wounds started shrinking. Afterwards he was released in the same area.

On 10.04.2018, a white Pomeranian dog was abandoned in the premises of Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital in a pathetic state with mouth tied. He was unable to stand due to starvation and disease. We fed him milk and dog food. He could take only milk that too lying. He could not survive and passed away the next night.
On 11.04.2018, one acquaintance of Mr.C.M.George informed that a small dog in Thillai Nagar, 7th Cross was ill and taking any food. Mr.C.M.George went there and observed that he was suffering from Canine Distemper. He was brought to Palakkari Veterinary Hospital immediately. He was given injection and IV medicines. As his disease was in advanced stage, he could not survive and he died on that night itself.
On 06.07.2018, a family reached the Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital with a middle aged Pomeranian female dog with the intention to purposefully abandon her. When they learned that it was possible to abandon any animal in the premises of the Hospital, they were ready to abandon her in the streets. Our Trustee Mr.C.M.George had been to Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital at that time persuaded them not to abandon a poor dog in such a fashion and explained them the miseries a household dog had to face once it got abandoned in the streets. He convinced them to bring her the next day and he assured them to find a house in the mean time. He talked with one Mr.Thangaraj, an animal lover and he accepted to adopt her. Next day she was handed over to Mr.Thangaraj and she is living happily in a new home now.
On 08.07.2018, Ms.Jaya informed our Trustee Mr.C.M.George about the puppy who met with an accident. A speeding ran over her and both her front legs got broken. There were heavy injuries and open wounds. Immediately she was taken to Palakarai Veterinary Hospital. There Dr.Vijayakumar took scan and started the treatment. She was taken care by Ms.Jaya for three days and as the wounds started worsening, she was admitted as in patient but her condition was worsening. She died after a week.
On 06.08.2017, one of our members in the Animal Welfare WhatsApp group Mr.Guruprasanna informed Mr.C.M.George that a medium sized black dog with a rope on his neck was wandering aimlessly. It seemed that he got loose from some house. Mr.Guruprasanna and Mr.C.M.George enquired around many crosses and the auto drivers and shared the mobile number. Next day the owner of the dog contacted and received his dog.
After the heavy devastating floods in Kerala, a group of socially concerned people organised a group called TRICHY WITH YOU in order to extend helping hands to the people suffering in Kerala. Blue Cross of Trichy was also invited to the meeting on 22.08.2018 Mr.C.M.George representing the Blue Cross of Trichy there highlighted the need to take care of suffering animals along with the people. All the people present there accepted his point and were ready to send relief materials to the suffering animals also. Thus, Blue Cross of Trichy collected medicines and foods to the Animals. M/s. RENGA AGENCIES of Trichy were so kind to provide 5 boxes and 2 bags of dog food. Some other donors gave important veterinary medicines. Mr.Roy John Thomas, a leading Chartered Accountant of Trichy arranged for the needy things, food, clothes, etc,. to the people there. Ms.Marie Shanthi Britto, Trichy and Mr.G.J.S.Anand (Camp: South Africa) donated Rs.5000/- each and instructed us to purchase nighties for the amount. Our Vice-President Mr.A.G.Palani collected things from various sources. Many people in the ‘Animal Welfare’ WhatsApp also contributed a lot. Thus Blue Cross of Trichy collected materials worth around 4 lakhs for animals and human beings and those were sent to Kerala. Animal activists in Kerala were informed and the animal foods and medicines were handed over to them.
On 14.08.2018 evening we had a call from Kallanai area to Ms.Padma informing that a dog had been trapped in semi-solid tar that was kept for laying of road. Ms.Padma informed Mr.C.M.George and Mr.Ramakrishnan. As Mr.Ramakrishnan was out of station, he talked with Mr.Kannaiyan and arranged his car to rescue the dog. Mr.C.M.George, Ms.Padma reached the spot around 7 p.m. In the meantime Mr.Sathish and the local car drivers pulled the dog out of the tar and he got a thick layer of tar and all sorts of rubbish including glass pieces, stones, plastics, thrones etc. were covered his body. He was picked up in the car to the Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital, Trichy. Mr.Don Williams of Blue Cross of India, Chennai, Dr.Ganesh Kumar of Trichy were consulted and based on their advice, we started soaking him in groundnut oil and started removing the tar little by little. He was also administered medicines. The tar removal process continued for 5 days. He was so friendly and co-operative. He was released in the same Kallanai area and the people around there were very happy and received him fondly. This time also Mr.Kannaiyan was kind enough to help us by giving his car.

On 17.09.2018 night we got a call from a passerby near Fort Railway Station about a small dog lying abandoned in the bush. Mr.C.M.George proceeded to the spot and consulted Mr.Ramakrishnan. Mr.Ramakrishnan came and carried her to the Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital and kept under observation and found that she was affected by rabies. After one day she died and she was buried by observing all safety measures.

On 01.10.2018, a regular visitor to the house of Mr.C.M.George a male dog named ‘SOCKSY’ came with a bleeding injury in his left eye. There was open wound in his left eye and he was suffering. We took the photographs of his injury and consulted the Doctors in Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital and followed the course of treatment. After a weeklong medication now he is alright.

On 13.10.2018, Mr.C.M.George was informed by Ms.M.S.Vanaja, Advocate and Notary Public about a black dog abandoned in the premises of District Court , Trichy. He was so frightened but friendly. Mr.C.M.George fed him dog food. He found that there were many sores on his body and consulted Dr.Ganeshkumar and gave some tablets and applied medicinal cream on his body and he responded well.

On 06.12.2018 a common friend of our Trustee Mr.C.M.George and Mr.Yogeswaran, Mr.Lawrence informed about a dog in Convent Street, Crawford whose head got stuck in a short necked plastic pot and he was struggling for the past two days. Immediately Mr.C.M.George shared the news and photo with Mr.Paul Guna, of Namma Trichy – News Paper and Associate Member of Blue Cross of Trichy. He got the company of some of his friends and spotted the dog and after a little struggle freed him from the misery. After got released from his neck shackle, he ran away happily.
On 22.12.2018 we had a call from a passer-by in Thillainagar area that a dog was lying near KIMS Hospital after met with an accident. Mr.C.M.George went there and learned that an unidentified car ran over her. She was in critical stare and was gasping for breath. Mr.C.M.George asked many auto drivers in the area and passing autos to help him to get her to a hospital. All of them refused. In that rainy night, Mr.Ramakrishnan came all the way from Melakalkandarkottai and carried her to a private hospital on his bike. There she did not respond to treatment and died around 11 pm same day. She was given a decent burial the following day. The refusal of auto drivers to take her in their vehicle reinforced the necessity to procure a vehicle for the transporting of animals.

On 27.12.2018, Mr.Louis Victor, a friend of Mr.C.M.George informed about a dog who had fallen into a pit digged for a pillar in a construction site that was in front of his house at Renga Nagar and also added that the efforts of him and other people around to get the dog out of the pit was in vain. Immediately Mr.C.M.George informed Mr.Ramakrishnan about the situation. Mr.Ramakrishnan reached the site forthwith and rescued the dog into safety, all of his own.
On 30.12.2018, Mr.C.M.George was informed about an old dog name ‘RAJU’ lying near a temple in Thillai Nagar 6th Cross with broken hind leg. People around there told him that the dog may be around 15 years. His eyesight and hearing capacity were also impaired. He got 3 oozing wounds in addition to broken leg. Dr.Manikandan of Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital was consulted and the treatment started. After spraying the medicines, his oozing wounds started healing slowly. Though the improvement is very slow owing to his advanced age, he is stable.
Today we received a call from Konarchathiram, Vasan Valley. One Ms.Kavitha informed and complained that 7 cows are tied in a land near her house area for the whole day and night without water and food. There is no food or water in the vicinity. They were keeping on crying. She requested the intervention of the Blue Cross. Immediately, our member Mr.Ragavan (who freed a cow earlier out of its tight neck rope, Srirengam) was informed of this. He and his friend Mr.Kannan went to the spot representing Blue Cross. The owners were identified with the help of Ms.Kavitha. They were given strict warning about the cruelty they made to the cows by letting them starving under scorching sun. They realised their fault and promised not to behave in that manner and assured to look after the cows and to provide water and food required.I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr.Ragavan and Mr.Kannan for their immediate action on my behalf and on behalf of BCT.
On 11.01.2019, we got a call from Tennur area near Dhakshina Bharathiya Hindi Prachara Sabha about a small abandoned puppy. Our Trustee, Mr.C.M.George proceeded to the spot immediately and found a small male puppy around 2-3 months old. He was suffering from some skin disease. He was taken to Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital and the treatment was started by the doctors. He was kept in the house of Mr.C.M.George. He got a wash and was christened “Jimbru”. He was administered all medicines as directed by the doctors. In spite of all meticulous care taken, his condition deteriorated and he passed away after three days.
On 31.01.2019, one Ms.Ramya from Puthur Officer’s Colony informed us that a small puppy was lying near a dust bin and was crying since morning. Our Trustee, Mr.C.M.George went to the spot. One Mr.Tamilselvan helped him to carry the puppy to the Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital. Though the doctors there started the treatment immediately, he did not respond positively to the treatment and subsequently died after a few hours.
On 15.03.2019, Mr.Ramakrishnan (NFW) posted the picture of the above cow which is roaming in Srirengam cauvery bank area. It must be ownerless. The condition of it was pathetic as the plastic rope around its neck was very tight caused sore cut around its neck. Bleeding and with puss, difficult for it to swallow food. Another member Ramki of our group visited the spot to cut the rope, but couldn’t as she was unable to got hold. A few days passed by. Mr.Ragavan our member from Srirengam itself went and tried to cut it with the help of the local people there but in vain. He tried thrice in various occassions. At last he went and tried with the help of a Konar who rears cows. They got hold of her with the help of a long rope and succeeded in cutting the tightened rope which was giving excuriating pain to the poor creature. Hats off to Mr.Ragavan for his efforts as a One Man Army in this victory. He also managed to give antibiotic tablets the following day to cure the sore. On behalf of BCT, congratulations to Mr.Ragavan.
On 02.04.2019, a lady near the ENT hospital at Devar Colony informed our Trustee Mr.C.M.George about a small female dog that got ran over by a car on its front leg. Mr.C.M.George immediately went there and taken her to the hospital. She was given injection and tablets. She was released in her area. Mr.C.M.George administered the medicines twice a day for 7 days. Though she got recovered, there is a small bend on her leg.
On 22.04.2019, Monday we had a call from Trichy, Subramaniapuram area by one Ms.Shusmitha to rescue a cat trapped in a 45 feet depth dried well. Immediately, our member Mr.Ragavan proceeded to the spot with necessary equipment. After a long and tedious effort he brought the Cat successfully out of the well. BCT congratulate Mr.Ragavan for this selfless, prompt and caring service.
On 24.04.2019, Wednesday around 09:30 pm, we received a call from one Ms.Sathya of Muslim Street, near Vekkaliamman Koil area, Woraiyur, regarding a puppy. Since it was late hours, our member Mr.C.M.George proceeded to the spot the next day morning and found a small female puppy in a very bad shape, surrounded by red fire ants. She was brought to the Palakkarai Veterinary Hospital. There Dr.Ganesh Kumar diagnosed that the back bone of the puppy was affected and hence the puppy was unable to stand on its legs and always lying. Someone might have attacked her or thrown her so roughly and have broken her spinal cord. Doctor administered injections for three days and prescribed medicines. Presently she is under our care. We hope her to recover and to become a normal puppy.
On 03.05.2019, we had a call from Woraiyur, Pandamangalam about a small dog who met with an accident and in abandoned status. One Mr.Chidambaram was the informer. Our Trustee Mr.C.M.George went to the spot and found that both hind legs are not functioning as his spinal cord seems to be broken and there were wounds and bruises on the legs and on the backside. In spite of all these ordeals, he was so friendly. He was taken to the hospital and admitted as an in patient. Improvement can be assessed only after a week and the chance of recovery is limited to 50%. Let’s hope for the best.
On 05.05.2019, we had a call from North Yadava Street, Puthur. The caller Mr.Nallasivam, a govt. employee, told about a small dog who met with an accident. He received our Trustee Mr.C.M.George and showed the puppy. He was ran over by a speeding, unidentified two wheeler. His spinal cord was damaged, he was crying in severe pain. Mr.Nallasivam was kind enough to accompany Mr.George to the pet hospital. There he was diagnosed that his spleen got damaged in the accident.He was administered injections and was admitted as an in patient. After 24 hours only his condition can be ascertained. At least he has to stay 10 days in the hospital for recovery if he overcomes the internal organ damage issue.
On 05.05.2019 itself, shortly afterwards the small dog was admitted in hospital, BCT received another call from one Mr.Sathiyaraj of Pandamangalam, Woraiyur. He informed that three puppies were badly bitten by an angry big dog in the area and one puppy was badly injured. Our Trustee Mr.C.M.George rushed to the spot. The puppies were about only 20 days old. The badly injured puppy’s condition was critical as his head was swollen and one of his eyes was gouged out. All the three were rushed to the hospital. They were administered injections, but before proceeding further, that poor puppy breathed his last.The other two survived but are under severe trauma. One got some more injury. They are kept under medical care and observation.
On 19.05.2019, Sunday, around 03.00 pm, our Trustee Mr.Muralidaran received a call about a puppy in distress three buildings away from his residential flat. Immediately he went to the spot, rescued and brought him to his residence. On closer examination, it was revealed that he was around 4 months old. He was suffering from severe dehydration and starvation. He was affected by some eye disease and consequently the dirt accumulated in both of the eyes made to seal his eyes and he was temporarily blind. That was the root cause of the misery. Mrs.Bhuvaneswari Muralidaran, another Trustee, fed him milk and he drank it. She cleaned his eyes by moistening them and he slowly opened his eyes. After consulting medical practioner, eye drops were administered. Though he is weak, he is stable now. He got named “PATTANI” and after recovery now he is living in the shelter of Mr.Ragavan at Srirangam.
On 29.06.2019, We got a call from a lady in Melakalkandarkottai area that around 16 birds and 2 big ducks were got stranded inside the campus of a school for 5 days. The school was closed due to some technical reasons. The poor birds were starving inside the enclosure without any water and food. On hearing this, our Trustees Mr.C.M.George and Mr.Paul Guna went to the school and provided water and food to the severely dehydrated birds. They buried the dead ones. The youths in the area were also helpful in redeeming and helping the birds. The live birds were handed over to the neighbours who were ready to look after them once if the owners claim. The other 2 ducks were handed over to a popular school as they have proper facility to look after them and many other similar birds.
On 30.06.2019, around 7.00 am, when our Trustee Mr.C.M.George went to feed the dogs in Narmada Travels as a routine, people near the tea shop there informed him about a small puppy. She was around 1 month old and might be abandoned because she was a female. She was frightened and starving. All the people around did not care to provide that poor creature anything. Mr.George managed to find a small container and bought milk from the tea shop itself and fed her. Out of hunger, she drank the whole milk. As there was no other option, he brought the puppy to his house. She was given a bath. Then he informed Mr.Ragavan of Srirengam – who is an animal activist and an associate member of BCT. He graciously came forward to look after her until we find an adopter. At 12.00 noon, he came and picked up her. Meanwhile she was given deworming medicine. After reaching Srirengam, within 15 minutes, one Mr.Raguram came forward to adopt her and took her away with him on the promise to look after the puppy carefully. This is the fastest adoption so far in the experience of BCT.
